These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of an IDD Gold Card membership, issued by In Detail Directory LTD (“IDD”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing or using a Gold Card, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Gold Card Is

The IDD Gold Card is an annual paid membership that gives cardholders access to pre-negotiated discounts and offers from suppliers and venues within the IDD network, along with priority concierge support and a member dashboard showing your savings, redeemed offers, and saved places.

2. Eligibility

The Gold Card is available to individuals aged 18 or over. IDD may, at its discretion, operate a waitlist or eligibility review for new applicants and reserves the right to decline or delay an application.

3. Membership Fee and Renewal

• The current annual membership fee is £89.99, payable at the time of joining. IDD reserves the right to change this fee for future membership periods; any change will be communicated to members in advance of renewal.
• Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation, as shown on your member dashboard.

4. Using Your Gold Card

• Your Gold Card is personal to you and is not transferable to another individual.
• To redeem an offer, present your digital card and QR code (or member number, where accepted) to the participating venue or supplier at the time of purchase.
• Discounts, offers and participating suppliers are set by each individual business and may change, be withdrawn, or be limited (for example, to certain days, times, or a maximum discount value) at their discretion. IDD will make reasonable efforts to keep offers on the platform up to date.
• Offers cannot usually be combined with other promotions or discounts unless the supplier states otherwise.
• Misuse of the card, including sharing your membership with others or attempting to redeem an offer fraudulently, may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

5. Our Supplier Network

IDD selects and reviews suppliers before they are added to the network. However, each supplier is an independent business responsible for the goods and services they provide. IDD is not the seller of the goods or services offered by suppliers and is not liable for the quality, safety, or performance of any booking made with a supplier. Any dispute about a specific booking should be raised directly with that supplier in the first instance; our concierge team is available to help facilitate this.

6. Concierge Support

Gold Card members can contact our concierge team for help with supplier recommendations, bookings, and general enquiries. Concierge support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee availability with any specific supplier.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for your membership are set out in our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the IDD Gold Card platform, including the IDD name, logo, and website design, is the property of In Detail Directory LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDD’s liability to you in connection with your Gold Card membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance. Continued use of your membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
